Medjugorje from Manchester

Medjugorje, located in Bosnia & Herzegovina, is the site of the 1981 Marian Apparitions. On June 24th 1981 six children witnessed the Blessed Virgin Mary on what is now known as Apparition Hill. The apparition of Our Lady had a message of peace for the world, as well as a call to conversion, prayer and fasting. She appeared to them with an infant in their arms and confided several secrets to the children. Some of the children, now adults, continue to witness Our Lady’s apparitions.

Day 1

Depart Manchester for the flight to Split. On arrival we transfer to Medjugorje.

Days 2 - 4

Our local guide will accompany you throughout the Pilgrimage and will help plan your daily programme. Each evening at dinner the schedule for the following day will be posted in the dining room.
English Mass is celebrated each morning at 10am in St James Church. At 5pm each evening we will join local villagers and pilgrims to pray the Joyful and Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary and the Blessing of the Sick. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, there is Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. For those that can, we will walk up Apparition Hill on one of the days reciting the Rosary along the way.

Transfer back to the airport to re-join the flight back to Manchester.

Hotel Stana

Hotel Stana opened in 2015, its located in the center of Medjugorje, just 50 meters from the Church of St. James.

The hotel has 39 rooms, all are brightly decorated and include air conditioning, and in addition, each room is equipped with a desk and private bathroom with shower.

All guests have at their disposal a cafe bar with terrace and a restaurant located within the hotel, the food is superb!
