To reserve your place on any Pilgrimage simply complete and return the booking form along with a deposit of £100 per person for coach Pilgrimages and £275 per person for flight Pilgrimages, plus the cost of travel insurance should you be purchasing a policy. You can call our office on 0161 773 2115 to make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings will only be held for 10 days and cannot be accepted within 25 days before travel.
If you wish to confirm the booking you must forward a deposit of £100 per person plus your insurance premium (if purchasing insurance from us) within that 7 day period.
Payments can be made by cheque or BACS. We do not charge any fees for any method of payment, however your bank may do so. For BACS payments please contact our office on 0161 773 2115 for our bank account details. Cash payments not made in person should be sent by special delivery. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Northern Star Travel Ltd.
Balance payments are due 8 weeks before departure. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of travel full payment is required at the time of booking.
Back To TopTravel tickets are usually sent 14 - 21 days before departure. Please note under no circumstances will tickets be sent if a balance remains outstanding on a booking.
Back To TopAll departure times will be confirmed with your travel tickets it is your responsibility to arrive at your chosen departure point in good time, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your stated time of departure. An emergency number will be shown on your travel ticket which you must call immediately if you know you are not going to arrive on time or are not traveling at all.
Back To TopAll holidays advertised in this brochure are non-smoking. Please note in many parts of Europe there is now a non-smoking policy similar to that in place in the UK.
Back To TopEach passenger is permitted 1 suitcase which will be stored in the locked luggage compartment of the coach until you arrive at your destination. If you take medication this should be brought inside the coach with your hand baggage.
Back To TopWheelchair passengers are welcome. It is however imperative that we are told of all requirements. We cannot accept wheelchair or disabled passengers without an able bodied helper and without being advised at the time of booking. Wheelchairs not pre-advised may be refused.
Back To TopA valid Passport is required for the European holidays featured in this brochure. Please ensure your passport is valid until at least 6 months after your return date. Please note that everybody requires their own passport including babies.
Back To TopIf you are an EU resident you are entitled to an EHIC card free of charge from the D.S.S. Please allow 14 days for your application to be processed. In the event that you could become hospitalised in EU countries this covers part of the cost and reduces the health section of the insurance policy excess to nil.
Back To TopWe are able to request special diets (vegetarian, gluten free etc) from hotels if advised in advance although we can not guarantee specific food will be supplied by the hotelier.
