Depart from Manchester airport for the flight to Italy, on arrival reclaim your baggage and join the waiting coach for the transfer to Assisi where we check-in to our hotel for dinner and 4 nights stay on half board basis. Mass will be celebrated before dinner.

After a leisurely breakfast this morning, we will be joined by our local guide for a visit to the Basilica of St Clare, then a visit to the Church of St Mary Major where the incorrupt body of Blessed Carlo Acutis is. After lunch there will be a guided visit of the Basilica of St Francis, there will be ample free time before dinner at the hotel. Mass will be celebrated in St Francis Basilica at 5.00pm

This morning Mass will be celebrated at the Basilica of St Mary of the Angel; there will be ample time to visit the Porziuncola - the small church inside the Basilica where the Franciscan movement started. We will visit the monastery at San Damiano, which was the first monastery of the order of St Clare.

Mass will be celebrated at the Basilica of St Francis, and the remainder of the day is free in Assisi.
